We do not offer Refund or exchanges except in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
  2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund.
  3. Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and ensure that the missing items are sent to you as soon as possible.
  4. Late Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds for late delivery.

  • Please note the following conditions:

    • All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused.
    • Returns will only be accepted within 24 Hours of receiving your order.
    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective product, an incorrect item received, or missing items.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations once the order has been Placed

MdfBazaar reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Note: Personalized product orders cannot be canceled/refunded once the order is processed.
